Many Rutgers faculty members have joint appointments, which pose a complex series of issues affecting all aspects of a scholar’s career, from teaching and service to the tenure process. This IRW workshop aims to explore the challenges associated with joint appointments and develop a set of best practices designed to help faculty with joint appointments thrive at Rutgers.
