Artist Statement
This piece references an apocalyptical time in human herstory. The tree references Dr Seuss’s lorax as the Trufflla tree, the last tree standing. The Apple has a tiny egg on her leaf, the clocks hand are at 13:13.The balloon holds the symbol of the extinction rebellion movement. She proudly wears her gold pussy crown in defiance of the greed of men.
